This article examines the economic foundations of implementing QR-code technologies in various sectors, particularly education, trade, service delivery, and management systems, as well as cost–benefit analysis. The study analyzes the economic efficiency of QR-code technologies, initial investment requirements, infrastructure costs, and their short- and long-term economic benefits. It also substantiates the opportunities for resource savings, reduction of operational costs, and improvement of service delivery speed through the use of QR codes in the process of digital transformation. Based on cost–benefit analysis, the economic feasibility of QR-code technologies is evaluated, and effective strategies for their implementation are considered.
